Who we are
Our website address is: https://mlopsaudits.com.
MLOPSAUDITS.COM is an AI consulting company focused on MLOps, governance, risk & compliance, education, contract review & case discovery, and AI implementation to increase revenue.

Introduction & general information
This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, process and protect your personal data when you visit or interact with our website. We process data in accordance with applicable data protection laws, including the GDPR (for EU/EEA users) and the CCPA/CPRA (for California residents).

GDPR Representative Exemption (Art. 27(2)(a))
mlopsaudits.com is operated from the United States with no establishment in the EU/EEA. Any processing of personal data of EU/EEA individuals (e.g. via access logs or contact forms) is occasional, does not involve large-scale processing of special categories of data (Art. 9 GDPR) or criminal data (Art. 10 GDPR), and—given the purely informational and B2B consulting nature of the site—is unlikely to result in a risk to the rights and freedoms of natural persons. Accordingly, no representative in the Union is required.

Web Hosting and Third-Party Processors
This website is hosted by a third-party web hosting provider (Webflow-based infrastructure). Personal data such as IP addresses, contact-form submissions, and usage data are stored on the provider’s servers.

We have concluded a Data Processing Agreement (DPA) with our host and any sub-processors as required by Art. 28 GDPR. Data may be transferred to the USA or other countries; we rely on the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework (where applicable) and EU-approved Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) incorporated into our agreements, plus supplementary measures where needed.

Server log files
When you visit our website, your browser automatically sends the following data to our server:
- Date and time of the request
- Browser type and operating system
- IP address
- Amount of data transferred

We collect this data to ensure a smooth connection, maintain security and stability, and for administrative purposes. The legal basis is our legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). For technical security reasons we retain this data temporarily. After a maximum of 180 days the IP address is truncated/anonymized at the domain level so that it can no longer be linked to an individual user.

Cookies
Our website uses cookies (small text files stored on your device).
- Necessary cookies are used on the basis of our legitimate interest to provide basic website functions.
- Analytical or marketing cookies (if any) are only placed with your explicit consent, which you can withdraw at any time.

You can manage or block cookies through your browser settings at any time. Disabling cookies may limit some website functionality.

Contact forms and e-mail
When you contact us via the “Schedule Your Callback” contact form at https://www.mlopsaudits.com/team/about, we collect your name, e-mail address, message content, and any other information you voluntarily provide.

We process this data to respond to your inquiry and for pre-contractual or contractual purposes (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) or on the basis of legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). The data is deleted once the purpose is fulfilled, unless legal retention obligations require otherwise.

Data sharing & recipients
We do not sell your personal data to any third parties. Data is only shared with carefully selected processors (hosting provider, e-mail service, etc.) who are contractually bound by our instructions and subject to strict data-processing agreements. No data is transferred to advertising networks or for marketing purposes without your explicit consent.

Data security
We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures (including SSL/TLS encryption) in accordance with Art. 32 GDPR to protect your data.

Duration of storage of personal data
Personal data is stored only as long as necessary for the purposes described or as required by law (e.g. tax or commercial retention periods). After the retention period expires, the data is deleted or anonymized.

Your rights
Under GDPR you have the following rights (Art. 15–21 GDPR):
- Right of access
- Right to rectification
- Right to erasure (“right to be forgotten”)
- Right to restriction of processing
- Right to data portability
- Right to object (including to processing based on legitimate interest)
- Right to withdraw consent at any time

Under CCPA/CPRA, California residents have the right to know what data we collect, request deletion, and opt out of the sale of personal data (we do not sell data).

To exercise any of these rights, simply contact us at https://www.mlopsaudits.com/team/about. We will respond within one month.

Children’s Information
We do not knowingly collect Personal Identifiable Information from children under the age of 13. If you believe your child has provided such information, please contact us immediately and we will promptly delete it.
